UPDATE: Resolution to Web usage report issues is underway
The index page for Webserve account usage logs are back in place. Data from the 5th should be processed today, June 10th and show up in reports later in the afternoon.Published on June 9, 2009
Over the weekend (June 6th) there was a processing issue for web usage reports. Some accounts will have been temporarily left with a blank table of contents for their reports.
Reports are still there although the June report may currently not show data for the 5th.
No data has been lost. Table of contents pages should be restored later this evening (June 9th) or tomorrow evening at the latest. Hopefully data for the 5th will be reflected in reports by the end of the week.
