IU Webmaster Moving to FootPrints
On Tuesday, August 18th, we will be moving to the FootPrints issue tracking application for the handling of email support requests. [For information on FootPrints, see: http://kb.iu.edu/data/ayix.html]
Our email address and display name (WMHELP) will not change. The only change will be to the formatting of the messages you receive from us. It is important that you do not manually modify the subject line when replying to these messages as this is how FootPrints tracks each update.
